You could be 10 Years younger

Every wants to find the fountain of youth, the next best product to keep them young. Well look no further you have had it all along but just haven't been using it. New research says working out can turn back the clock by almost a decade.

A recent study published in the archives of Internal Medicine found that three hours of vigorous exercise a week can make your DNA nine years younger, working out is the only true and lasting way to take years off your body.

The sooner you start the better off you will be when you get older, but it is never to late to start. If you do a workout plan that incorporates, strength, endurance, flexibility you will feel like a 25 year old for many years. Hell I've been saying I'm 25 for 25 years LOL
